Welcome to Verdan

Sex & Promiscuity

While not everyone in Verdan is promiscuous, sex isn’t taboo and is a normal part of Pheromoo society. That said, there are still appropriate and inappropriate places where sexual acts can be done. Sex in public is generally looked down upon but there are clubs and bars where such activities are acceptable. Public nudity is also generally looked down on. Monogamy and polyamory are both common and accepted forms of relationships.

Technology

Verdan is in its early technology boom. They have computers, phones, an early version of the internet, and social media. Most towns and cities have good public transit so many city Moos don't need to have a private vehicle. They're more common in the country where they are needed for transportation or work.

Food & Agriculture

Pheromoos have a herbivorous diet, getting the majority of their produce from farms. The animals they do keep are either for companionship or other animal products such as eggs or wool.

Offspring & Minors

To keep Pheromoos from continuously reproducing from their sexual escapades, Pheromoos only become fertile after receiving a blessing from the goddess of fertility. Due to this, there are rarely unplanned pregnancies. Due to the explicit nature of the world, all newborn Pheromoos are collected and ferried to a nursery out of town where they are raised until they reach maturity (age 18). Once they’ve reached adulthood, they can take the Train into Bovine Bluffs where they can join the Pheromoo society. Because of this, there are no minors in Bovine Bluffs or other playable areas.

Calendar

The seasons and seasonal traits are split into 4 seasons. Pheromoos love to celebrate the changing seasons and have many different events and festivals throughout the year.
